Join me on a journey through Project Rockvalley, where this classic family home meets modern comfort in a spectacular remodel project that goes above and beyond. This property has been meticulously revived to capture the essence of its original glory and elevated to new heights. Prior to the demo there was a disjointed layout. After eliminating some walls, Project Rockvalley revealed its hidden gem—soaring ceilings that instantly command attention. These ceilings became the canvas for my vision. It was clear that the heart of the home needed a centerpiece, and so, a modern staircase took center stage. To seamlessly blend tradition with contemporary elegance, I created a floor-to-ceiling marble shiplap fireplace. Beyond the fireplace, the newly created open-concept living area beckoned. Wide oak plank wood flooring added warmth and character, contrasting beautifully with the sleek marble countertops and statement island. The matte black finishes throughout the space infuse an extra layer of sophistication. Siding and natural marble were common threads throughout the project tying each room together. The existing bathroom layouts had good bones. From there I just added feature vanity walls, updated transitional vanities, updated fixtures, and of course stunning marble. Rockvalley was a fusion of the old and the new, a celebration of the past and the present, and a testament to the enduring allure of timeless design.
